Hi,

I am looking for a non-smoking (light outside smoker is ok) male or female
roommate for own room and bath in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment next to
campus (20th & Broadway - across from Regent Hall).  A grad student or
professional who will be around for at least 6-12 months is preferred.

Cost is $390/month (includes utilities) + $350 deposit.  Includes coin
laundry in building, pool, dishwasher, deck, and reserved off-street
parking.  It's located in a well managed, quiet building with mainly
professionals but includes everyone from older undergrads to retirees. 
The place is fully furnished except for the bedroom for rent, although
there's room for kitchen stuff and storage for small items.

I am a 28 yr. old CU professional bisexual male, light outside smoker
(working on quitting), who enjoys hiking, swimming, water skiing, and
