I can't claim to know their motivation, and neither can you! Has anybody asked 
them? Would you believe their answer? I can guarantee you that the mainstream 
groups (CFV, FoF) won't say, "Oh, it's simple! We hate you!"

To be honest, I didn't really intend to get dragged into this discussion. I 
don't know enough about either side to debate coherently. The "HATE" keyword 
just sort of pushed my button.

Out of curiosity, why isn't religion a valid motivation?
