gs> Or men can join the Campus Women's Organization?

f > Absolutely. Most definitely.

Any and all men, no discrimination of any kind? I really doubt that. I wonder
if an absolute straight could join the CU LBG group? Does not the freedom of
  association include dissociation?

gs> Men have been excluded from the Take Back the Night march (where's the out-
rage there?) and from International Women's Week fora on lesbian issues.

f > Depends on the organization, but typically there is accomodation for men
    who wish to participate.

"Accomodation" like "separate but equal"? That didn't fly then, what makes
  it acceptable now?

As always, there's a double standard - evil white male Republican groups can
not discriminate, good people-of-color liberal groups can, with impunity. If
the College Republicans don't want gays, but are forced to accept them, then
the Take Back the Night march, will also receives student funds, and Inter-
national Women's Week (ditto) *must* accept men to any and all activities,
*no* *exceptions*. What's good for the gander and all that...

gs> Being anti-discrimination is fine until you're told whom to associate with.
    Kinda like Dworkin and censorship...

f > Your link about association isn't very clear. Dworkin is big on changing
the laws regarding pornograpy; some of her writing is brilliant, most of
it isn't. What is your point?

Dworkin agitates for censorship; Canada takes her ideas to heart and censors
*her* "work". Just desserts, I say.

The folks opposed to the College Republican's policies best be careful. If
one person's liberty is taken away, we all lose.
