Explain to me why I should have to take into consideration your sex life when hiring for a position in an 
engineering firm?

What you are really seeking is ENTITLEMENT. To me it seems that you desire gay and lesbian people be singled 
out and handed special treatment based upon lifestyle as opposed to skill and experience.

As an employer, I should not have to hire anyone for any reason other than that person can do 
the job. Period. And as an employer, I would certainly hire the best person for the position. Period. 
It is in my best interest to hire *that* person, for obvious reasons.

Weekly meeting in the year 2003:
