Your address was given to me from the comp.lang.lisp newsgroup. I have a Symbolics 3650 which gave up its life, by saying device 0 not ready, trying until ... The machine has two disk drives, each 360MB and waying a ton, and I have interchanged the two disks, I have tried to reseat all connectors and chips, but without any luck. So my question is do you know of any further remedies I can try, or know where I can parts. My assumption would be that the problem is in the I/O paddle card. If I can not fix the problem without a major expense, I am ready to part with the machine. Do you think anyone might be interested in it or parts of it? Thanks in advance for your time, Dieter Schmidt University of Cincinnati
