I am seeking a female sub-letter for a spacious apartment on Hessler
Road starting in mid-December. My current roomates are both female,
and are very quiet and clean. This apartment is $425/month, but I must
move, so I will sub-let for $375, which includes both water and heat.
Some features of this unique apartment include:

*central location, within walking distance of all University Circle
institutions

*hardwood floors

*open-air porch

*safe second floor location

*spacious corner room with lots of sunlight

*big closet with plenty of storage space

*DSL internet ready

I will also sell my furniture (bed, dresser, desk), if wanted for a
very low price.
