Look at those truck drivers in London now. They should all be locked up! The nerve, protesting high gas prices! Why not send the message, drive a lorry, go to jail!? What about truck driver jamming the streets and highways of Washington DC, just to protest the Clinton policies? They surely incurred more costs and and dissent by blocking streets with their big rigs. Let's send the message, Drive aan eighteen wheeler, go to jail! It's alright for truck drivers to block freeways on a Monday morning in order to protest, but bad to ride a bicycle in the flow of traffic. A truck stopped as a barricade, good, a moving bicycle, bad. I sure hope we don't see any motoring protests in LA. The city would come to a halt. But, people would likely support it by contributing their own vehicles to the barricade. Imagine the sight if 18 wheelers jammed up the off ramps from the LA Freeways in protest of high gas prices. Citizens from all around, would probably come, just to idle their cars on the freeways. Imagine the police escorting truck drivers away in handcuffs, whil their rigs are being towed through the dense traffic. At least Bill Clinton is still telling us he is doing everything he can, to bring prices down. It's a shame though, that he asked OPEC to cut production in March, in order to raise the values of Al Gore's Occidental Petroleum stocks. But then, I'm sure high gas prices only hurt the wealthy, who make $34,000 a year and up. BTW, did Occidental stock prices go up, as Clinton and Gore hoped they would? Well, enough fun imagining that truck drivers would get upset by rising gas prices and protest, in the real world, bicycles are the only problems the world faces. And of course, the worst of the worst.
