This is just west of Falls Church. From the Beltway, take the Rte 50 exit eastbound (towards Arlington). At the 2nd traffic light, turn left and then immediately right onto the N service/frontage road. When you reach the strip shopping center with the Harvest Moon restaurant in it, find a parking place; Cha Gio is in this center.
