Hi, I'm planning a gala birthday dinner for a friend. Would like to go someplace that's FUN, more than just food. Anybody have any ideas? Don't want to spend a fortune, but it doesn't have to be rock bottom cheap. And if the atmosphere/entertainment/whatever is terrific but the food's not the best, that's OK too. Heard of a Spanish restaurant in the Dupont Circle area that has dancers, and they do the pouring-wine-down-your-face thing. Anybody know which restaurant this is? Been there? Thanks!
