The Fish Market in Old Town is a possibility...I've been there a couple of times
and thought it was ok but others in my group liked it more than me.
Their Clam Chowder is pretty good.

If you're into quantity Chesapeake Bay has many all u can eat deals at a
variety of locations all over town. Their food is pretty good IMHO.
