Lunch/Dinner near Capitol/Mall

Are there some nice places to have lunch or dinner (entrees below,
say, $12.-) when visiting the area of the Capitol and the Mall? I have
been to the cafeteria of the Natural History Museum (two thumbs down)
and to some places in Chinatown (delicious, but quite a walk from the
Mall). Please e-mail suggestions to ramseier@src.umd.edu, I will post
a summary.
