Like Rhett, I like the barbecue found in Piggy Park in W. Columbia, SC. I also like the vinegar based barbecue at Three Pigs in McLean. But my favorite is the Memphis barbecue at Red Hot and Blue. That sauce is so good! And they've recently added banana pudding to the menu (yum!). I never realized how many different kinds of barbecue there were until I lived south for awhile. I understand Oklahoma barbecue is great, too. Another place that my brother loves is Allman's in Fredericksburg, VA. I thought it was okay. Anyone been there? Johannah jenglish@gmu.edu
