Lots of places to get crabs in DC. First you can go to whe Wharf on Main Street
and check out all their prices -- you can get them cooked or uncooked.  The
rest of the places depends on where you live. In VA or MD there are many local
crab houses that sell crabs to go.  

If you're over in Baltimore, it's even better, try O'Brecky's (sp?) or Bo Brooks.
