Yes, and the one in Centreville as well.  There doesn't appear to be any
time when there is not a line to be seated.  Waits are generally one to
two beers.  

The portions are large and the prices are reasonable.

Go to have fun, not for the steak.  It's a fun place and people are
enjoying themselves.  It's a good place to get away from the grind and
relax, although it can be really packed.

It is not a place, however, to go for great steak.  The best filet I've had
there is on par with the best you can get from the Gourmet meat counter at
Giant, which is to say the meat is adequate, but not outstanding.  Several
filets I've had there were really ragged end cuts that should have 
ended up as beef tips.  The grill cooks are generally spot-on with the
doneness.  It has been my experience that 4 out of 5 steaks ordered rare
come to the table rare.  The fifth is medium rare.

Go if you want to have a good time.  If you want prime aged beef, go to
Morton's.
