All this talk of steak has made me think about my favorite form of
cow: prime rib.  Morton's and Ruth's Chris are both excellent, but I
think the prime rib at Tom Sarris' Orleans House is the best deal.
Always rare, juicy and wonderfully tender, and a portion so large than
no one could possibly eat it all is about $15.  I've never had
anything else on their menu, so no recommendation on their steak.
There can be a line, but the place is enormous so the wait is rarely
long.
