If you're familiar with the area, Annapolis Street is 2 blocks up from Rowe Blvd (by the Navy/Marine Corps Stadium). It's an old pink house, but don't be fooled by the appearance. The clerks are very helpful and they have an excellent assortment of tea and coffee. You can also join a club, by 12 lbs get the 13th free. (You don't have to buy all 12 lbs at one time, you'll get a card).
