   Are there any Jamaican and/or Carabean resturants in D.C. or Va.
area? 

If you go south from the intersection of Columbia and 18th street,
you'll find one on the west side of the road.

If you go south on Columbia, it's Cafe Atlantico (which is rather
expensive).  If you go south on 18th, it's the Carribean Cafe [I
think] which mostly seems open in the evenings.

As far as I know, these two places are not associated with each other.
They just both happen to be on the west side of a road...
