Bangkok-Vientiane is at 926-A West Broad Street, Falls Church.  Their phone
number is 534-0095.

Coming from the Beltway, you'd take Rte 7 (which becomes West Broad St.)
"eastbound" (really southbound at that point, but /toward/ DC, not away from
it in any case).  At about 2 miles from the Beltway, the restaurant is on your
left.  (It's not far past a large, long shopping center, also on the left, that
includes a Giant Supermarket.)  Parking, behind the restaurant, is sorta iffy,
but there's a lot across the street that's also available for patrons.

It's right next door to Panjshir, at 926 West Broad Street.
 
I'd say if either one was really busy and couldn't seat you quickly, stepping
next door would be an obvious and excellent move.
