Jeremy, the original directions were correct.  Coming from the Beltway, the
first light is Jaguar Trail.  The second light is just past the Jefferson
Library.  If you turn left at this second light, you then turn immediately right
into the service road, which takes you down to the shopping center where Cha Gio
is.  If you take the THIRD light, which is Graham Road, you turn left and then
left into the shopping center.
 
Cha Gio is a great place, and I don't want anyone to be confused about where it
is!
