There is a place called La Nicoise on Wisconsin Ave. at the top of Georgetown w hich is absolutely fantastic. The waiters wear rollerskates but the place is s till very chic. The walls are painted with scenes from France, the cuisine is the best of french, and the prices are not too too bad, although I wouldn't go so far as to say very reasonable.
