La Choza looked interesting to me. I'll try it on your rec. We like an Ecuadoran place On Columbia Pike in Arlington, called Restaurante Abi Pupusas y Tacos. Pupusa is a stuffed tortilla. That is, there is a filling INSIDE the pancake. It is often cheese, sometimes meat. The whole thing is shallow-fried in oil, and served wrapped in a towel, just like a flat taco. It is about 1/4" thick, and slightly more interesting than a plain taco. Worth examining. Abi has some delicious foods. Great broiled chicken, dusted with spices and grilled until golden.
