I guess I'll try again to see if anyone reads this newsgroup anymore. Anyone 
else out there try Rocklands BBQ in Rockville yet? It opened on Feb 9 in the 
Wintergreen Plaza. I took out from there yesterday.

The ribs were quite good although I noticed they gave us no BBQ sauce to go 
with it when I got home-- it could have used some. We ordered a pound each 
of lamb and tuna but instead got tiny sandwiches featuring them (fortunately 
I think we were charged for the latter). The lamb was pretty good, although 
spicy and not very lamb-like. The tuna was edible although somewhat dry and 
overcooked, seemed like an unneccessary menu item if it was going to be 
prepared like that.  The whole chicken was nearly black on the outside and 
rather dry as well. The beans were good, a very distant second to the superb 
ones at O'Brien's however.

Overall, the place has some potential but has some kinks to work out--  
assuming the problems are due simply to being brand new (I haven't been to 
the other locations to compare). I would be interested in hearing what 
others think of the place in general, regardless of location.
