The story in the Post back in September quoted the owner as saying he 
had received an offer he couldn't refuse for the land, and would be 
closing soon.  It now appears that deal has been delayed.

When I had dinner at AV last week, I asked and was told that they 
expected to be around for about one more year at this point.
