That's the same spiel I got.  Never mind the fact his newsreader
magically found the correct address when the reply-to was bogus.

ca.driving is public.  He can ask but he can't dictate.  Emal is a
different matter. 

He's stopped sending it though so unless it resumes I'll consider the
matter closed.
