Here are but a few:

 - with blinker on for left turn, driver turns right (military type,
   you know, confused about, "left, left, left-right-left")

 - driver takes the exit ramp at the last possible second (wanted to
   give everyone else on the interstate an orgasmic experience)

 - driver picks flowers in the middle of the interstate (leftover
   flower-child from the late 60's)
