Today's booby award goes to the lady who was trying to turn left
across two lanes of traffic and only succeeded in blocking the left
lane when the light turned green and she could not turn left, as the
right lane did not let up, and the others could go nowhere and only
missed their green light, helping to build up the backup at the light
even more.

It also may be attributed to those blocking driveways and
intersections.
