In the last two days I have counted 10 drivers who have come all the
way over from the left most lane, cut across 2-3 lanes directly to
make an exit or a turn. Its incredible. Its like no one knows where
the hell they are going, is gabbing their mouth off with their
passengers, talking on the phone, eating pizza, or having sex, and
then at the last second they realize they will miss their turn unless
they cut others off. (All these drivers had local tags.)

Duh?
