    I can, because I did it. I heard an alarm going off in the parking lot
at dusk, walked over to investigate, and made it a point to get a good look
at the guy inside the car. When I turned around he jumped into a nearby car
and took off. The guy was about two minutes away from removing the *Club*
and hot wiring the car, according to the cops.

    So, don't just bitch about the noise, do something about it!!! Perhaps
you can put a dent in crime.
