Going up the road on a four-lane road, this "non-aggressive" driver took an entire block and one-half to change lanes. In all my years of driving I have never seen anyone take longer to change lanes. I had to conclude this person was DOA in the driver's seat. Anyway, its again one of those cases where the dangerous non-agressive driver count continues to climb, as reported in some of my previous posts in the last couple of months.
