Yes, but not to attempt to intimidate the driver ahead, no matter how
infuriating his driving.  The fools I watch (from the right-hand lane,
generally), dart to the right, pass, and immediately dart to the left as if
to say, "Take *that!*" *That's* the moronic part.  That's what I call
"low-performance" driving. That's what contributes to RR.
