I hope they show this one on TV a lot.

What I'd really like to see are some of those late 50's to early 60's public
service announcements about not being a road hog (i.e. get the heck outa the
left lane if you ain't passin').  The people who sit in the left lane exactly
at the speed limit when the rest of the traffic is doing speed limit plus 5 -
10 mph are the ones that are, IMNSHO, conducting their own personal violation
of the disorderly conduct concept.  Block somebody's path on the sidewalk with
intent to enrage and you have disorderly conduct.  Do it on the road and you
can get away with it.  Shouldn't be happening.
