I had one real small female driver tested .38 . She drove like a unexperienced drinker driving at .38. She'd go about 5 feet and slam her brakes on. go 5 more slam the breaks on over and over. My first dui arrest tested .35 An alcoholic who could do just about any sfst....but REAL REAL slow. I thought the day shift Lt. ( real older guy that was certified BA operator but hadnt ran a test probably in years ) broke the breathalyzer.
