DR had a 0.44 once.   But this was from
a blood sample taken at the hospital.
( Arizona law requires hospital personnel
to obtain a blood sample for officers upon
request ).   The Police Rodent had to fight
the guy at the scene, and again at the
hospital.

According to the medical literature, you're
supposed to be unconscious at 0.4, and
dying much above that.
