Oh please!!  What was her excuse??  She thought it was an ambulance coming
from the other direction???  Guess that explain the flashing lights in
your rearview mirror for 5 miles, huh???

Thumbs up to Frederick County!  I eagerly await some cross-training with
NoVa jurisdictions...
