I am almost always quite laid back, except when I get stuck behind some slowpoke going 25 in a 40 zone. This always happens when I'm late for something, and I usually catch myself driving more quickly to make up for the time wasted by the moron who was in front of me. I can definitely see why this would contribute to a road rage problem. One of the universal signs of a drunk driver, besides weaving, is someone driving much above or below the speed limit. Her driving 17mph below the limit and not stopping for the police would probably give a cop every reason to suspect a drunk driver at first.
