Got a question. Recently I noticed (on my way to work at 6:30 every morning) that they have added a "Opening in July" banner across the HOV lane. 1) Anyone know WHEN in july these lanes will open up? 2) When it does open up, will they keep that exit lane to democracy lane like it is?
