O.K., so you may not have anything to lose in a suit, and the chances of
being sued in the first place are probably very small.  The scheme about
emptying your bank accounts is a joke (read the papers about how the RTC
has recovered billions from savings and loan officers who tried to do it),
and there's a neat thing judges can order called garnishing every paycheck
for the rest of your life.

Anyhow, to me it wouldn't be worth the hassle, but I'm sure there are
more than a few who feel bending the facts is worth the risk.  :-)
