You are not comparing apples to apples.  Instead, you are comparing a safe,
legal action to a patently unsafe, totally illegal action.

What a crock.

I would submit that the percentage of people who cause accidents while driving
under the influence is far, far higher than that of those making lane changes.
Do you think you could even begin to argue with that?
