In the State of Texas, we have some strange laws. Despite the normal posted
speed limits, our Transportation Code, Chapter 545, Subchapter A, Subsection
545.051 (b) states...

"An operator of a vehicle on a roadway moving more slowly than the normal
speed of other vehicles at the time and place under the existing conditions
shall drive in the right hand lane available for vehicles...."

Technically, you can be going the speed limit and be wrong... if you are
impeding the flow of traffic.

Since my wife is a former ambulance driver, she has a bad habit of driving
in the left hand lane constantly. I am always on her case about this. ( Of
course, she hates the fact that I leave the toothpaste tube cap off also...)

Just me...
