I reverse commute. Live in N. Dallas and work in further N. Dallas.
I've crested a hill (the one just after Forest) and seen a mile of
nothing. no cars, and the nearest entrance is at LBJ, so I just
rolled the speed up. I don't remember the speed I hit before slowing
down for the entrance, but it was in the 3-digits. All during rush
hour...

LBJ at night, Walton Walker at night, Tollway just about any time, and
35 not in rush hour are all places where one can safely hit 100 in
Dallas. Although some of them for just 100mph, you had better be in
the slow lane. There's nothing like going 80 in the slow lane and
being the slowest car (by far) on the road marked at 60.

Too bad people in most cities won't ever get it...

Cool...

They all already are...

Speaking of which, does anyone out there adjust their driving when
they see one of these signs? "Well, I was planing on crashing, but
with a damaged guardrail I decided not to."
