I was stopped.  She pulled up from far behind to a stopped position
about two car lengths behind.

She then accelerated and hit me.

Tell me what I could have done to prevent it.  Drive over pedestrians
on the right?  Drive into oncoming traffic on the left?  Hit the car
in front of me?
