I quoted your entire list, because *not one* of the things you
mentioned is a display of a single driver's discourtesy or
cluelessness (IOW, bad driving), as is the case with the LLB.
Wasn't that obvious to you? Or did you think it wouldn't be obvious
to anyone else?

If a driver crashes while trying to pass an LLB, I will assign
*part* of the blame to the LLB. An LLB is NOT a cone, or roadkill,
or some other "natural" hazard. An LLB is a clueless or obnoxious
*bad driver* who unnecessarily forces a increase in traffic risk.

Unlike a cone, or roadkill, an LLB *deserves* the disdain (if not
anger) directed towards him by other drivers. The LLB is little
different in effect from the jerk who treats a light traffic flow as
his own personal moving slalom course. Both types singlehandedly
disrupt traffic flow and reduce overall traffic safety for no good
reason whatsoever and as such, should *share* responsibility for
crashes that result directly from their actions.

In the style of your comment above: Those motorists who create
obstructions and help to cause accidents are partially responsible
and they are not going to convince me to let them get away without
shouldering at least some of the blame.
