Nice photos, methinks. I wonder if they'd ever possibly 
think of extending 97 across the Bay and down the shore.

Better yet, there's no reason 66 couldn't converge at 
Annapolis, the bridge could carry them both across, and 
they'd disjoin at Salisbury or Dover, with 66 extending to 
Lewes and 97 traveling down the Eastern Shore and across 
the Bay Bridge-Tunnel into VA Beach, where it would merge 
with 64 and might go on to Elizabeth City and further. 

But it's just another porkbarrel noodlin' of mine, really.
