This happens every spring.  It usually jumps again just before
Memorial Day and 4th of July.  It's usually more like 6-8 cents, but
given the recent refinery explosion and the increase in crude futures,
this really isn't all that surprising.

My motorcycle gets 40 MPG even when I'm cruising at 100 mph, so it
really dosen't bother me all that much.  All you yuppies with SUVs can
suck on my tailpipe.  ;-)
