This won't really help when you're sniffing carbon monoxide on the
beltway, but if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of audio fidelity,
grab a copy of the Xing StreamWorks program from http://www.xingtech.com
and start listening to KPIG.

KPIG has one of the best formats I've heard in ages.  It's somewhat
ecclectic, but with a bent toward blues and rock.  There's definetly no
such thing as top 40 or heavy rotation on KPIG.

KPIG, may be physically located in Santa Cruz, CA--but if you can't find
what you want on the DC dial it's worth checking out if you've got a
SLIP/PPP connection, a 14.4 or 28.8 modem and a PC running Windows with
a 16-bit sound card.
