I bought the book written by Matt Welsh on this subject and I'm still stumped
as to go about starting this. I'm also worried about hardware
incompatabilities. What do I do to make a bootdisk for installation?
Or better yet what do I FTP (and from which site)? When I get it how would
I start? And is there a driver for my CDROM drive? These are my specs:
AMD486DX-40
16MBRAM
760MBHD
Diamond Speedstar SE VLB
USR Sportster V.34
SB16 v2.0
Wearnes CDD110 2xCDROM
Mustek CG6000 (I forgot the model number of the interface card)
Can anyone out there in the DC area gimme a hand? Help will be GREATLY
appreciated!!! (My eventual goal is to #1 learn UNIX administration #2 know
for future reference how to set up a server for Internet access.) Please
mail me @:

Thanx! :)
