There are several research positions available
in the scientific visualization dept. of the HLRZ at GMD,
Birlinghoven, near Bonn.

We are searching for postgraduates (computer science, physics,
mathematics ) willing to work on graphics and visualization in a UNIX 
environment.

Our environment includes graphics hardware such as a SGI skywriter,
virtual reality equipment and approx. 10 SGI indigos as well as
a video studio, and on the other hand massively parallel computers
as the CM2 connection machine.

Current projects comprise realtime visualization of scientific data from e.g.
supercomputer simulations and measurements.

Qualifications required/wanted should include knowledge in C/UNIX, eventually
C++ and SGI graphics library.
