Just buy the Superdrive Controller card for the Apple // (Apple II 3.5 Controller Card part number A0076LL/A) and use an external 800k or 1.44M drive off your Macintosh). A2-Central sell this card in a bundle with an AMR 1.44M drive for $330. >2. buy a 5.25 drive for the Mac IIsi > problems: same as above Ithink Apple's 5.25" drive for the Mac is for reading MS-DOS 360k disks so this would not be useful to you. >3. This should work - get a copy of Kermit for each machine and purchase or make a din-8 to DB-25 cable. This is easy if you know how. This would be slower than option one but cheaper. -- David Wilson (042) 21 3802 voice, (042) 21 3262 fax Dept Comp Sci, Uni of Wollongong david@cs.uow.edu.au
