Can anyone tell me where to find documentation on various FTP extensions
which, for example, ncftp uses? Unless I'm missing something, there doesn't
seem to be an RFC or Internet Draft which lists them. In particular, I'm
after:

    MDTM
    SIZE

I.e., what is the format of the data, what are the response codes, etc.
