I have a patch to NET.exe that implements MODE READER

I'm happy for this not to be rolled into the official release as DIS
don't require MODE READER however for my purposes I do and I'd like
somebody to take the current source tree apply the patch and mail me
the NET.exe so that I can test if it works.

I believe the current source tree lies at.
